For the past decade, Nasir Ahmad has become a key player in the mortgage industry. After spending 10 years in telecommunications, he transitioned to mortgages in 2014, leveraging his customer service expertise to fuel his success. As Principal Broker since 2021, he continues to lead with strong leadership, having previously managed a team of 60 agents as Senior Managing Director.

In 2016, Nasir Ahmad began his full-time mortgage career, earning recognition as “Top Recruiter of the Year” and a Gold Performance Award for third-highest volume. He continued excelling in 2017 with a Platinum Performance Award and the SMD Champion Club Award.

In 2019, after obtaining his broker’s license, he once again earned “Top Recruiter” and the Platinum Performance Award. His achievements peaked in 2020 with the Diamond Performance Award for the highest volume production.

From 2021 to 2023, Nasir earned Bronze Awards, and in 2023, he expanded his brokerage to Alberta and British Columbia.
